As a city planner, I read plans for a living. So I recognize a great house when I see one. Beautiful elevations and floor plan. I especially like the separate guest wing, the octagonal breakfast room, and the covered patio. Can’t wait for you to move into this beautiful dream house.

We LOVE the plans! What a great place and setting to retire! Keep us informed of the process.
Thank you we are liking them too. This Architect does wonderful work as you can tell. We have been in a few of his houses and his projects are just a cut above most that we have seen. We have to get approval from the developer for anything that is built. We told him Ramero was doing our house and the Developer said, “He is pre-approved, he does great work”. Next time we are up there we are going to have to share how the building process is. I know Keith will enjoy the stories.
