This is one of those excellent – everyone wants to know how you did it recipes – tastes like you spent 10 hours making/baking but it takes about 10 minutes then 30 to cook

Ingredients

  • 1lb bacon – diced into in pieces
  • 1 T butter
  • 2 cups onions diced
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 T allspice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 55 oz can baked beans
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1 c brown sugar (packed tightly)
  • 2 c cheddar cheese - shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 .. (you can also put them in a slow cooker on high for an hour or so if you like)
