Cauliflower is an amazing and versatile vegetable. This recipe is yet another way of using this. It is so simple I bet you will be using more Cauliflower, and if not shame on you!
You can make this recipe in just a few minutes longer and it takes to sauteed some vegetables too. If you haven’t figured it out yet, you are using Cauliflower to replace rice.
Ok, down to business…
Fried Rice is nothing more than some odd bits in your fridge right? Of course you want to make it appealing to the eye so think about colors in the finished product, or not if you are just hungry and want something quick to fix.
There are so many variations you can make to this dish when you think about it. Just be mindful of the time it takes to sauteed the vegetables. For example, Onions take longer than Carrots, and Parsley doesn’t take any time at all. See just in this short discussion we have come up with yet one more reason to cook this dish. The short answer is… You can learn the different cooking times of various vegetables. Now your thinking, “that’s right I could”. Why you could become the leading expert in your area for cooking vegetables. Why stop there, you could become the best in the region, or the country. But if your going that far, why not the “Worlds Best Expert”, has a nice ring to it doesn’t it. And you thought you were just going to cook a simple dish now didn’t you.
