Ingredients
- 2 cups Cranberries chopped
- 1 large Orange seedless, chopped into small pieces
- 1 small Green pepper finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup Green onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Jalapeno peppers chopped
Instructions
- Cranberry Salsa Print PDF Instructions In a bowl toss cranberries, orange pieces, green pepper, cilantro, green onions, sugar and jalapeno together until combined. Let stand, covered for a couple of hours at room temp o blend flavors. Stir occasionally. Taste, add more jalapeno if you wish. Cover and keep refrigerated, sauce will keep for up to a week.
