This recipe came with our Full Circle box the other day and included with the box was about 2 cups of seedless grapes – so you know I had to try it. The following picture is what it looks like. We have tried it on an Omelet and a topping on a Chicken burger so far and, I got to tell you, it is getting RAVE reviews. I only used one Jalapeno when I made it.

Ingredients
- 2 C Seedless Grapes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 C Scallions, finely diced
- 1/4 C Jalapeno peppers, minced
- 2 T fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 T white Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 t Sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t Lime juice
Instructions
- Now this is tough so brace yourself… Combine ingredients in a small bowl, tossing to mix. Place in an airtight container and let sit, refrigerated for at least one hour prior to serving. Drain excess liquid and serve over buttered crostini or with sesame rice chips. But we would prefer to be creative and use it however it fancies us.
