Tonights Culinary Experiment – Individual Meatloaf
Tonight’s experiment is with Meatloaf, but if I was smart I wouldn’t do this until it is done right. Well no guts no glory. And stuff to the wall, and whatever else fits.
You can see my makeshift pan. So what you might ask is so experimental about Meatloaf…Glad you asked.
There is no oatmeal, or bread crumbs nothing like that. So what is it – dang you are a good straight man. Potato’s is the answer. I don’t know about you but I have never tried making a Meatloaf with Potato’s instead of the usual stuff. Is that all that you did to the Meatloaf? Well as a matter of fact no it isn’t. There is caramelized onions and Ecuadorian cheese in there too, along with spices to pump it up.
Lets wait and see how it turns out. Patrice might have to tell you though so you know it is the truth. You might not trust a part time Saint like me.
