This is something that we do on occasion for a meal and sometimes an appetizer. We had a request to put it up here on and so here it is. Just remember that the recipe ingredients are mostly a guideline. Use more or less of the ingredients to suit your taste. Something we noticed traveling in Italy is that the maximum ingredients for a Pizza seems to be three. This recipe is true to that with the rest of the ingredients being there for flavoring.
The way I make it depends on the Smoked Salmon. By that I mean there is a wide variation in taste in Smoked Salmon and I like the flavors to be balanced. Strong Salmon means stronger, or more of the other flavors. Some Salmon is very mild and only has a slightly smoked flavor. For that we use less of the ingredients. You get the idea – and it is yours so make it taste like you like it.
The crust / shell can be many things, even a flat bread like Naan, or Tortillas work. You can by already made / prepackaged crusts too. Personally, if I have my way I make a crust from scratch, and cook it some first before assembling the Pizza.
