Ok this is a comparison of what Patrice had for Breakfast and what I had. As you can see I am still eating the “Breakfast of Champions”, yes Quail eggs. I get almost 3 times the nutrition than what she gets.

If you are wondering what this is – it is Egg in a hole, or Toad in a hole, there are many names for it. Yes it is a kids breakfast – why do you think we made it for ourselves
