Great salad dressing for all salads. This recipe makes a large amount and you can store the dressing in the fridge.

Asian Salad

We never buy Salad dressings, because it is easy to make great fresh dressings. The flavors are so much better and you can make enough for what you need and don’t have to worry about left overs. Besides it is so much better than having a row of bottles taking up room in the fridge that grow old before you use them all… Just a thought 🙂

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely grated fresh
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil, use olive oil if you have too for this
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well.
  2. Remove the lid and heat jar in the microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey.
  3. Let cool, and shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.
