We found a recipe online for this at a well-known cooking / kitchen place and it looked interesting and was rated with 5 stars, so we made it to have with steaks one night. I threw it out. It was candy sweet, yet the concept seemed good. So we turned it over to our secret test kitchen located at an undisclosed location as not to interrupt the work that goes on there. This recipe is the result of those efforts and has worked very well.
